Dream Narrations

Joel Akin

I was in a fairly large van with windows on all sides and even on the roof. Except for the guy driver the van was filled with children. I was sitting in the back facing the rear, with a movie camera and a couple kids. We were on this dirt road heading to some unknown destination. The first thing I realized is that the sky was filled with tornadoes at far as the eye could see. These were not your ordinary twisters for every single one of them was white. Some were wispy tendrils whereas others were huge monoliths with huge roaring bases. There were so many of them it did not seem possible to take this road in safety. We drove slowly by an old shack that was coupled by an extremely poor family. For some reason there home remained unscathed. We started heading towards a farm when suddenly we were surrounded by four twisters. All of us began to pray, including myself, that God would protect us. One of the twisters hit the front of the van but the moment it did so its nature changed. I was reminded of those automated car washes where the long tendrils clean the top of your vehicle. The white twister became like a cleansing mop, and instead of dirt and debris or destruction, it left the van sparkling clean.

We also were hit by baseball size hail but for some reason not a crack, dent, or scratch marred the metal or windows. Once, a man saw us drive by and tried to smash his way in with a two by four but could not gain access or harm us in any way. As we continued driving we saw the farm, which was surrounded by small and huge tornadoes yet the farm remained untouched. The dirt road continued and we came to an unusual town. The town was composed of two elements. On one half there were great mansions, high rise towers and skyscrapers, beautiful hotels and so on. Every building on that side of town was partially or totally demolished by the great white twisters. But as we continued driving the small side of town seemed untouched... A few gas stations, small stores, restaurants, grain bins etc and people milling about the street. It appeared to be a normal day though if you looked in the distance the sky was filled with white tornadoes. But none of them came near this side of the town. I took out my camera and filmed what I saw and then awoke.
