Something was there for me when I prayed

 First lets deal with sin as he is. He is a spirit who is well in sight but deadly in accuracy. I speak as a gift from God because sin is Sin. And I speak as a man who fights because I am well. I may speak with confusion at times but that is the right of some one person who fights me. Now if Sin fights me and I am fought at by Sin does that make me crazy? It does in one way and that is the way of men. I am crazy to fight a spirit so powerful that it gave the pain to the father. He was fighting with all His worth. And He passed it back to those in His family and they all fought. It was a battle of might and there were none who could see.

Yet what I did was pray and pray and pray and pray until I was convinced that God and I were on the outs. I got into prayer so deep I refused to bow to anyone even family. I refused to bow to the church. I refused to bow to anyone but God.

 Now that might sound contradictory but Sin wanted me to submit. The only problem is he didn't say to submit to God but to submit to men. And in addition I never found out what my sin was.

 Now I speak of a friend who told me that I was spiritually, mentally and psychologically off. They were not clear why but I suspect its because of the things I say about the Holy Spirit. That there was a mirror. On one side was the Holy Spirit but the Holy Spirit was also the one we call Satan. In the background was Hawaii and God indicated there was a man who represented someone who had been in warfare since World War II. I didn't have a clue what it meant and I thought it the strangest interpretation. But God doesn't always get through with truth on all levels. I have to pray and seek him and it may take years to understand. But I savor the bites and savor the time.

Now the Holy Spirit is always God. I did not imply He was evil. He wasn't. But if He is God then why would I see him as evil Satan? To answer that is to see that God is in His home on earth. And like the magic mirror he is able to see that Sin is on earth but in a different way.

 Now God has a home on earth and has a place of safety. He wouldn't allow evil to conquer him. He would overcome evil by being God. And if it meant some were able to discern it that meant they were in charge. For God can appear as anyone he pleases. He is God and if he needed to vanish from the midst of them he could.

The fact is God is in control. He is in control from the beginning. He is in control now. He knows I am struggling to stay awake. Mainly because I'm tired. Also because I'm on a new sleeping pill.

 Yet the fact is even if I am in a bad way physically doesn't mean I'm ready for the funny farm. The fact is that God is not dead either. He is alive. And so the gist of the story is to be alive he must be either dead or dead ringer. And dead ringers are those who look just like us. So if Satan is like God in that respect then we are into a story where there were either twins or they tried to make him appear just like God so he could overcome.

Now this sounds like Hollywood but in our story it was like dud because no one could put it together without someone being hurt. IT seems Sin wanted to make the Holy Spirit his friend and wanted to coerce him into being wise. And so he plays at being wise but doesn't get far. That is because the good guy is always one step ahead. And it bothers evil so much they decide to be good. For a while.

Now it may seem strange and far fetched but remember it is something God showed me. And if those in Heaven can get used to it then think of those who are to come. They have it good or bad depending on who they serve. So if you go to Hell God is there. If you go to Heaven God is there. And so it is that when you go to earth God is there as well. So it is that whoever does 'my will' is being like God.

So the real story is that God is in control. He is still at the door and still knocking. He is there for all time because he is not out of the will of God. He is in control and being in control is the day of the Lord. And the day of the Lord is to retain control. So give time to prayer and see that God is not just in control but also in authority. He goes out and does what is right and gives it freedom. That is gives us freedom. So that we are the ones who are free in all ways.

SO the next time Sin rises up to speak remember God knows his heart is small. HE doesn't have a friend in all the universe. He takes people and forces them into pot and soup and tries to eat them. He takes on the appearance of evil and is vile and evil. HE goes into people and forces them into vile and evil. He also goes into people and strives with them so they are the only ones able to withstand him when the chips are down. And that is a good thing if the whole world is the chip which is down.

So in that respect God left this vile natured creature with me to deal the deck with. I found it was a battle and wasn't fun. But God knew I could handle it. So he could go out and fight another way. That is by going out and doing what is well in the Lord. He gave me time to think and time to pray. He gave me time to develop. And he gave me time to think so deep that I realize that I am like God. I am the one who is fighting with evil. And so when the time comes I will be free to be the man in the mirror. Like the Holy Spirit. Yet different. Not fighting with evil but fighting with those who are like me. They are people who are loving the things of this world and can't see a way to explain what is happening. How do you fight against evil? How do you fight the evil of Sin? It is as if they can see everything you do. So the answer to lifes mystery is that if you wish to win against an impossible foe you let him show you his move first. And that means God is in control. God is the one who is like the Spirit because he is not out of the battle. He is in it. He can beat the enemy down to his tootsy toes because Satan doesn't have a way of stopping him. He is losing. He is being beat. He can't fight an invisible foe. The Holy Spirit is that invisible foe. He is the foe that can't be seen. He is the foe of the enemy but our advocate and our friend.
